I need help paying for Gastric Bypass Surgery. I have no insurance, and no money to spend on it?

I don’t have any insurance and I don’t have many money. We are well below the poverty level. I’ve applied for Medicade back in December but still haven’t hear back from them yet and I feel I’m running out of time.
I need help. Any ideas of how I can get this surgery?
